SALMON SKEWERS

To simplify: you could make the dressing and pour it over over slices of salmon

 

4-6 pieces of salmon, skin off

 

Marinade:

4 tbsp oil

3 cloves garlic crushed

3 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp paprika

1 pinch black pepper

1 pinch salt

3 tbsp chili sauce

2 tbsp honey

 

1/2 cup sesame seeds, black and white

 

 

1. Preheat oven to 400F

2. Cut fish into small 1-inch pieces while partially frozen .

3. Mix marinade ingredients in ziplock and marinate fish for at least half hour. For best results let fish marinate overnight or up to 24 hours.

4. Place salmon cubes on small skewers and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

5. Bake for 11 minutes.
